In My Thoughts...

You make my heart soar...

I love my family and my kids!!  We have had so much support through the surgery, I am feeling much better today.  Yesterday I ended up back at the hospital because I fainted and was convulsing in the shower and had 7 HOT firefighters and medics come to the house as I lay butt naked in the shower completely out of it.  It was a humbling moment for sure... but feeling better today and I can't wait to feel normal again.

Here is a FUN layout that I made for CHA.  I love these trees and I knew I wanted to make a little swing to hang from the tree.

One of my favs that I have ever done...

I don't always LOVE the way a layout comes together and often I feel like it needs more or less of something.  Rarely do things come together in every way like I felt it did with this layout.  I honestly think that it had to do with me praying before this layout asking for creativity since we were on such a time crunch for our CHA projects and I wasn't "feeling" it so I prayed and I am sooo in love with this layout in every way!!!

 

 

 

 

My favorite part of this layout is honestly 2 things... the stitching and the colors.  This new line from MLS is my new fav!!  LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!

Thats all for now... I finally caught up on my sleep last night by sleeping 11 hours, it felt soooo nice!!

Back from CHA...

It's been a CRAZY few days and I can't even explain to you how I feel so torn.  I love all my CHA friends and I am so glad to be home but my heart feels like it's half still up in CHA.  SOOO hard!!

So since I am sooo tired and still trying to catch up on all that was put off I am just leaving you with some Crate LOVE!!

CHA new release from MLS...

I have been working my adhesive hard creating for CHA this week... I was so busy creating I realized that I was over creating (I wasn't checking off my assignments and before I knew it I had spend 2 hours on a layout that I didn't need for the show... OOPS!!  But I still love it and I LOVE this line.  It was even better to work with!!

 

 

 

Lovin this line and I used my shimmerz to highlight the fruit!!  LOVE everything about this line... who would have thought that hedgehogs and fruit would go so well together!!

PS I know a lot of you have been asking about the Faithbooking and I am just letting you know that I am working and praying about something on a normal schedule so stay tuned in the next few days!!

My Little Shoebox December Assignments!!

These were from my December Assignments... I worked with my favorite from the summer release called Sky's the Limit.  LOve the clouds and the neighborhood... its all just so CUTE!!!

   

 

I have been working really hard on my My Little Shoebox assignments for CHA!!  I made my most favorite layout to date and I can't wait to share it with you tomorrow (well hopefully tomorrow).

First I just wanna say thanks to Ella Publishing for my free E Book... if you have no idea what Ella Publishing is, you need to go to their web site NOW since it's one of the best E MAgazines I have ever seen and very informative and HELLO.. FREE!!!  Simply amazing so go check them out now.... 

During Christmas I bought this E Book and it totally inspired my christmas decor and plus I think that Margie is AWESOME!!!  It was great and well worth the money!!

 

So now I won a FREE E Book and I am trying to decide between this one...

OR 

 

They both seem AWESOME so we will have to see what I choose.

Challenge Weekend... Janna and American Crafts

Often while I hop around blogs I find challenges and fun color combos that I want to try and I stick them in a folder and never think of them again till I get mojoless enough to browse through all my files BUT this weekend was different.  I felt so inspired by the challenges that I went out and completed them right away...

The challenge for this layout was to create it within 30 minutes... love that!!!

Janna Wilson is having a 52 weeks of stress free scrapbooking... LOVE THIS TOO.  She gave us a fun layout to use for inspiration.  This is GREAT!!  Janna has inspired me so much and she also has an amazing shop with the most FAB necklaces that I bought for a dear friend of mine.

My favorite thing about this layout is the grey accents, I don't use grey hardly ever and I really love the way it made the color stand out more.

MLS video part 2

We have been so excited about CHA and the new lines that will be released Erin and I have made ANOTHER video... there is a fun flower technique in it so check it out!!!

Simply LOVELY!!

This layout was a stretch for me, I knew exactly what I wanted it to look like but it was so hard to try not to add anything more to the layout. Scrapping simple is something that I love to do but I have to purpose to do it and it doesn't come naturally.   

So about this layout... My hubby and I are for once following our dreams and letting 2010 be a year of goals and passion.  I hope that this year takes flight just like the airplane in these photos.  I love how they are both playing the same way with the airplane and I pray that Luke would always follow his dreams and passions just like his Daddy now is and never let anyone hold him back.  MUCH LOVE!!!
